With pre-season done and dusted who would you expect, or want, the starting line up to be. It should be a tough game.

I personally feel Featherstone have a much better squad that we do. And their starting 13 is far superior in my opinion.

What are the availabilities of Hallas, England and Murphy? Wouldnit be wise throwing them in against Featherstone if they are fit? Or keep them until the Sheffield game where it matters and potentially have an extra week off should we lose?

Think we need to give Murphy and Hallas minutes if fit. Let's be fair this is a free hit. The Sheffield game is the one we need to be on it. I'd give minutes for Race as well. He won't get any other chance to play some minutes. Not sure if Kear will go a him though.

Only reason Kear hasn’t gone with him is he’s been injured he’s already been quoted as saying basically either race or jowitt

I’m hoping we are taking this cup game as a final ‘preseason’ warm up match to be ready for Sheffield. Fev should have too much for us and a cup run is very low priority especially with a lack of fans in the grounds.

I can't believe the lads won't react to how disappointed JK has been with the overall attitude. I'm not expecting them to win but they need to have a proper dig and not get bent over imo.

Given the bookies seem to quite fancy Bradford this season I can only see them giving you about 10 start although I think about 18 would be more realistic. I would take Fev with anything up to about -14, Bradford with anything more than 20 and leave anything inbetween. The bookies tend to be a long way out on some games early in the season so its worth keeping an eye on.

A handicap of only ten points and I'll bite their hand off! I'll be amazed if we can keep within ten of them.

To be fair we did OK last season and I'd say we've a stronger squad than last year.

Having said that Fev are much stronger this year as well and it's so difficult to beat them at their place.

I agree with Pumpety. I think we'll see a response after the lacklustre pre-season but we'll lose out to a stronger side. Fev by 14 for me.
