So onto York, a team we just can't seem to get the better of in a competitive match. They are without their talisman Robinson, but I fear this could be a long day at the office for us.

I expect York to be fired up after some of the needle in the friendly, plus they don't want to be losing their first two, with them being genuine promotion contenders.

York always start fast and if we come out with heads still in the dressing room, we could find ourselves very far behind very quickly. How many times have we been heroic losers one week, then the week after turn up like we've been on the beer all week.

We need the same attitude and commitment every week, there's some good young players knocking on the door. Hopefully Milnes has got goal kicking duties for the season as well now.

Only change I'd make is bring in Dan Waite-Pullman for Hodgson.

Always enjoy my away trips to York. Beautiful city, unfortunately being on the losing side recently always ruins that trip

Are they genuine promotion contenders though? I remain to be convinced that the surprise package of last year can match it again. They are a cracking, well-coached side (and will beat us I expect) but they are no longer an unknown entity so It'll be interesting to see how they go.

Anyone else think that this game might be postponed due to high winds?

I've known games be postponed for a few different weather conditions (mostly snow, ice or water related, to be fair) but never wind. I guess, unless there is imminent danger from solid objects being blown from the surrounding area onto the pitch or terraces then we'll most likely just have to put up with it.

Doubt we would want it postponing. Having Robinson unavailable is only going to help us, and if match is postponed his ban will be served against someone else unless postponed match is played mid week which I wouldn't think either club would want from an attendance point of view.

I think we should be magnanimous and accept the 0-0 draw. No need to replay it.
