Does anyone know how to get Donny tickets from the website? I can see a link to the coach travel but not the tickets?

There is no pay on the gate !

And you can't get tickets from the Bulls website. They've been saying on social media that you can only get them in person from Odsal. Useful for those who don't live near.

I've seen somewhere there is no cash gate and you have to purchase a ticket from the ticket office at Donny.

Doncaster will have a ticket window open for those wishing to purchase tickets on the day.

Doncaster have informed us that this window gets incredibly busy on a match day, so please allow extra time to ensure you don't get caught in any turnstile congestion.

We can and have happily posted tickets to supporters via recorded delivery.

The cost is added on to the cost if the customer is happy to pay for it.

I think it was Thursday morning when I noticed, on Facebook, the announcement of tickets being available "at the office", with a late opening till 7pm. I know they had been asking for tickets from Donny for some while (as I'd been asking) but they hadn't sent any by late last week. I guess they decided it was probably a bit too late to be posting tickets out if they only arrived Wednesday evening/Thursday.
Incidentally, recorded delivery is still only the normal 1st or 2nd class post+ recorded fee, you'd need special delivery, which costs a bit more, to guarantee arrivals so late in the day imo - either that or pay on-line and pick them up from the office on the day, if you're going by coach.

That's what I read on the Donny website and it was the main reason I went back to Odsal to get tickets as I could imagine the chaos when our lot turn up instead of the forty or fifty away fans they'll be used to dealing with. I've been asking for ticklets for the last three weeks and they hadn't sent any. Sounds like a disaster in the making....

Although they do get a lot more than they'll be this weekend when the Rovers are playing so should be used to numbers. I still don't know why we scrapped cash gates though, unless someone had their fingers in the til

I was hoping to make a late decision to go to the game. But if I'm going to stuck in a queue of 1000 Bulls fans all trying to buy a ticket from some guy at a window who is needing correct change...well... I won't be doing that

What the hell is wrong with clubs nowadays (including our own)? Just open a few turnstiles and take money - yes, REAL money - at the gate!!

All about the penny pinching. They seem to be under the impression that putting the bare minimum of staff on is the best monetary solution. Presumably believing people will put up with whatever p*ss poor customer service is available as long as they get there in the end, so why pay more to have better service? Doesn't stop at ticket sales and turnstiles either, it's clear across the board at some clubs (and yes, I include Bradford)

So many clubs do it now, one assumes that they're correct. Might p*ss people off more, but I have no doubt that's not a consideration for them, and it's all about what makes most money.

You'd think so, to be fair, though, we've had the situation beofre where clubs share a ground but have their own admin and matchday teams, so it's not a given.
As for no cash turnstiles, a quick look through our board will tell you that Bradford have done the same and that many aren't too happy about it. The sight of stewards trying to scan the codes on home-computer printed out flimsy A4 tickets, on mobile phones in the wind and rain is a sight to behold...

Speaking to the girl in the Donny ticket office most of their fans pay on the day from there. There are 2-3 Windows to pay at.
