Bradford BULLS ARE THRILLED TO DECLARE THAT DANE CHISHOLM IS FINALLY AVAILABLE FOR FIRST TEAM SELECTION AHEAD OF THE SUMMER BASH THIS SATURDAY.
Dane Chisholm is a previous member of the Bradford Bulls first team, where his skill and abilities in the middle of the field have been well recognised.

Bradford Bulls and Sheffield Eagles have agreed an amicable settlement which allows Dane Chisholm to become a Bradford Bulls player with immediate effect.

Bradford co-owner, Andrew Chalmers commented: “We are delighted to finally have reached an agreement with Sheffield and have Dane available for selection. He is an outstanding player who will fit in extremely well to our football structure.”

“When you speak to him, you can sense his urgency to get out on the field and do what he loves. Dane is looking forward to finally playing at the Summer Bash this Saturday against Hull Kingston Rovers.”

Chisholm returned to Tong training facilities earlier today, in preparation for this weekend’s game: “It’s so good to get back at the club and around the boys to start preparing for this week. Hopefully the coach selects me.”

“I’m trying not to think about the pressure of coming back, it’s always a great occasion at the Summer Bash and there is a massive build up to the game.

“I’m not here to pull off miracles, I’m just here to do my job and hopefully help the boys start getting through their performances together.

“The way that I was taken in by all the fans both times I’ve signed is incredible. I’ve had so many tweets offering support which has certainly helps me to know this is where I want to play rugby.

“I just want to give what I can back to them and try and put a few solid performances together.”

I just hope that this can give the whole squad a confidence boost and get everyone playing like they had been earlier on in the season! Get out of Blackpool with a respectable defeat and try and push on from there!

Suddenly, my ticket purchase for the Bash is starting to seem interesting. Chisholm is no one-man team, but I reckon that such a level of signing n the eve of the game will be bound to have a huge positive psychological effect on the troops, and also will hopefully let us fill all spots with people who can actually play in them.

So with a bit of luck, fair wind and wet sail, it might actually not be as big a flogging as I had feared.

Actually looking forward to it in a masochistic kind of way now.

I actually thought this would be a take thread about Jamal Chisholm at Oldham or wherever he is.

Good news, won't change the result on sun but a relief to have a positive story for a change.

I wonder....could we be paying them for Chisholm via the gate receipts to that friendly? Sounds ridiculous but why else announce a friendly so far away from the time?
