To post your effort, if you don't know, you need to first save it to some site on the web. Like Flickr of Photobucket or whatever, but basically anywhere you can save images on the web. Then you just post the link.

Our banner has to be half the size it should be with the other forums extending theirs, have some of the colours removed and we need permission before we can upload it
