| This is not intended as an hostile trolling type post. I've got some strong views with the RFLs position with the Bulls, that aside It would be nice to get a perspective from the other side.
As the title says in theory in the eyes of the RFL you are a club that is too big to fail. As sports fans of a competitive game how do you reconcile the conflict in yourselves. The favourable treatment shown to your club by the sports governing body with the fact it's supposed to be a level sporting competition of equal members (at least at SL level) ? Moral hazard is a term that gets mentioned a lot in economic debates with anyone mentions the banking industry, do you see the similar circumstances here with your team?

| I suppose by preferable treatment you are referring to the points deduction and the 'fine' of half the sky money for two seasons that no other club got?
Yes, it's hard to see beyond that preferential treatment really. We are spoilt rotten.

| SL needs Bradford, it doesn't need Wakey. Time to take one for the game.

| My perspective is that chips in Wakefield should be partnered with fish, not shoulders. To what actual, as opposed to perceived, favourable treatment are you referring?

| We are not too big to fall or fail. We've already fallen from a considerable height and there is absolutely no guarantee we will not fail
But I think most would accept that the loss of a high level RL presence in one of the major cities on the M62 corridor would be bad for the game.

They might accept it. But I don't think that would stop it from happening.
The club is on thin ice and it's cracking loudly.

| No club is so big or iconic to disappear and everyone to move on. Fact.
Look at the top flight football teams in the premiership. Basically just five, the rest take scraps. The RFL are taking a big risk in reducing to 3 leagues. There belief/analysis perhaps is that only a reduced number will be able in the future to be sustainable financially.
The boasts and rather infantile comments of the back of their pay rollers is hollow. I would much prefer the integrity and battle hardened supporters to stand along side rather than pathetic attempts to derail a healthy rebuilding exercise. If I am going down, I am going down fighting. That is because no matter how bad something is, I can win.
