A new season but a familiar feature returns... the RedAmberandBlack Predictions Competition!!!
This season there are a few changes to the points system. Gone is the Joker... instead additional points are now available if you correctly predict every game in the round rewarding consistency.
The points system is as follows:
Correctly predict winning side - 1pt
Correctly predict winning side and the winning margin - 5pts
Correctly predict a draw - 10pts
Correctly predict every game in round - Double points awarded (based on your basic weekly score)
As per previous seasons, the Top 12 at the end of the 27 Super League rounds will enter into the RAB Playoffs to determine our Grand Final Champion!!!
The Cup Competition also returns (first round SL clubs enter).
So.... here we go. Week 1 fixtures are as follows:
Wigan Warriors vs Huddersfield Giants
Warrington Wolves vs St Helens
Hull FC vs Catalan Dragons
Widnes Vikings vs London Broncos
Hull Kingston Rovers vs Leeds Rhinos
Salford Red Devils vs Wakefield Wildcats
Bradford Bulls vs Castleford Tigers
Tie Breaker - Total points scored in the round?
All predictions to be in by no later than 7pm on Thursday 6th February. All predictions after this time/date will not be counted.
