| It's the week of the walk outs as Mcbanana follows the lead of the 6 Chairmen and walks out of the press conference for the World Cup opener against Australia after 6 minutes saying the 'bus is going'.
Could this get any better?

| I watched the press conference, he was pretty intense!
Graham tweeted 6 minutes after the press release saying "No comment" lol.
If the players are as fired up as Steve, it should be a good game tomorrow!

| I expect the players are chuffed as they've got the higher profile they said they wanted in the 1eague3 union survey.

And our national coach walks out after a couple of questions. Welcome to the media profile we crave. Questions aren't always nice. I found Mcnamaras actions
Embarrassing. The game will go two ways tomorrow, England will come out firing, or they will Crumble.
I'm sure he'll be expecting the same journalists to attend and report if we win the WC.

| To be fair, the RFL had already said that there would be no further comment about the incident and players involved, and SM will doubtless have been told to sidestep this; in any case, I can imagine how royally fscked off he must still be about what Hock and the others did and it showed. He won't have not expected it, but to have what should have been his press conference about a major match against Australia also hijacked and overshadowed by the Hock issue must have had him spitting chips.

| I'm still not convinced he didn't do this on purpose. Takes the media attention away from the players in the build up to a massive game for them.
Maybe he's been watching some Jose Mourinho conferences of old

Nope It's a classic Sir Alex ploy, though in this case it works well for both sides, Macca gets a well publicised moody and the Hacks don't have to listen to his stilted phraseology for longer!

| That much wanted 'higher profile' has always magically appeared at the first sign of trouble in the game so I guess it's no change to normal practices as far as the press is concerned. The players involved ought to be very embarrassed about it though.

| To be honest having watched it I can see his point of view regarding the dropping of Graham. He wasn't the only one that missed out. after today's game you never saw anybody ask him why Burrow or Farrell wern;t named in the 17

| I never said he was. I was simply stated in facts of nobody started to ask questions about why other players in the 24 and then 19 man squad weren't named.
