Any news on who it is yet? I know it was mentioned in the T&A that the new 19's coach would also have an input with the first team.
I noticed a thread on the Rhinos board linking Keith Senior with a coaching job at the Bulls. I've no idea how true that is, but I believe that the lads are back in in the next week or two for testing.

It won't be something he's not done before, so why not? I did think the two posts, of academy and first team assistant, were to be two people though - maybe someone else is in the pipeline or maybe there is no-one Franny thinks is the right man for the job. Of course, it could be the whole thing is tied in with the ruling we're expecting from the RFL or does that only apply to players?

He lived off the back of Senior as a player, perhaps that's his idea as a coach as well. |

There is a certain irony attached isn't there. It's been a [reasonably] delicious irony for Leeds so far and yes, I do know the jury is still out in some quarters, but let's hope Franny's career really takes off this year too. |
