| Well to say that our season depended on this game i was very disappointed with the performance. No intensity, no aggression, no passion. It was like a training run for Warrington. Everyone was just going through the motions, play the ball, pass, that is all we did ALL game. It was pathetic.
I know we had injuries and players playing out of position, but that does not stop a full time rugby league player having some fire in the belly. Where is the intensity, the desire, the aggression to HIT someone!!!!! We don't run on to the ball, we tackle so soft i don't think you can even call it tackling and EVERY set we defend we do not move up. We sit back and then wonder why Brett Hodgson has just made a tackle bust on our two props. The Warrington players certainly won't be needing an ice bath after that game.
The only one who can hold is head up high is Bateman, rest of them need to take a long hard look in the mirror and Cummins needs to start finding answers to why we aren't doing the basics of rugby league.
A fired up Wigan will put 100 passed us next week.

| Top class players not only have better skill than we can afford but also show it in terms of commitment and passion. The players we have are journeymen that put in just enough commitment and passion as needs to get them to the next payday. Top class players know whether they are competing for trophies or just doing a job. Unfortunately we are in the latter category now.

| I'm not sure I totally agree to be honest. I was expecting a tonking today, but I actually thought we played better than last week. Had we played like that last week, I think we would have won.
We won the second half today, we kept Warrington fairly quiet, they scored less than Widnes. Bear in mind we had NO recognised half backs, we had key players out, and this was Warrington, who still, bafflingly, squeeze 15 internationals under the cap.
But agree, the tackling p1$$es me off, get in the faces and get bl00dy well stuck in, not just stand there watching them dance about. Smash them.

| At this stage of the season it is purely about securing league position. I think had we pressures Wolves they could have scored as many as they wanted. on the other hand we struggled to make any impression against a team that was barely trying

| I disagree regarding your comment that only Bateman can hold his head high. I think Elliott Kear was the best player for the bulls . The amount of covering tackles he does when other people have dropped of. And he always willing to have a run. He has to be our most consistent player this season.

| If you couldn't see any commitment or passion today we were watching different games.
Go play in a rl team with no halfbacks and a lot of players strapped up and see how you get on.

I have done. Wire didn't get out of second gear. Having no half backs does not stop you having some aggression. Creating tries yes, not a problem we didn't create much, I can live with that. But today was like a training match. We kept catching the ball standing still and conceded 5 tries again.
Lets see how our effort gets us next week against a FIRED UP Wigan.

| There were a half dozen players today who could stand up and say "I tried". Bateman, Kear, Platt and Foster were the ones I'd single out for praise.
I appreciate that we had a number of late withdrawals which left us without a rudder. However the team needed to show a great deal more heart and intelligence than they did.
Many times today the ball was passed to a forward who was stood still and was quickly tackled by Wire's excellent defence. How hard is it to have our impact players RUNNING ONTO THE BALL?

| It's about time the management realised there are some really good rugby players in the pennine league who could easily hold their own against most of the Super League, nevermind the NRL!

Either that's a wind up or a monumental delusion
