rlFans meeting at city hallrl

"Bulls fans are holding a meeting tonight at Bradford City Hall to further discuss the future of the club.

Supporters will be there from 7pm but the room only holds 200 people so there is another meeting planned for 8pm if numbers who want to attend exceed that limit."

Who's organised this? Is there an agenda?

Once again a meeting with no obvious agenda booked into a room way too small to hold the number of people reasonably expected to attend...

Pollsters doing Excellent job - say recent polls.:

Gledhill might know a bit more. I saw a tweet of his yesterday mentioning this but no other detail.

There are very few people/organisations that can book a meeting at City hall at short notice though.

Off the top of my head, the Council themselves have finally decided that they need to be involved in the process as ultimately they own the land and they want to set the record straight.

Or- the Khan/Sutcliffe bid want to tell us something.

Other than that - I can't think of anyone else

I wouldn't like a repeat of the Guide Post, where people went to just heckle the people who took time out to organise it.

If you're gonna do that, dont go tonight.

We do have professional hecklers in our ranks though don't we. Even pre-disaster you'd have people turning up to tell Paul Medley how crap he and his young talent were.

My thoughts on the meeting are pretty much the same as for the earlier one at the Guidepost, which is to say it's not yet the time for fan involvement - unless it is, as suggested above, an information meeting from some participating bidders. Even then I would have thought it could have been done via the T&A. I didn't see anything in the T&A though and wonder how many are going to find out about it anyway.

Yep some of those rooms are very small so hoping the've gone for one of the bigger ones, from what I've read on Facebook they are having a second meeting at 8.00pm in case everyone can't get in for the first one although I can see the first meeting taking longer than an hour tbh, not sure how that will work but we're going to try and make it at 8.00pm unless something happens in the meantime as far as announcements are concerned.

I know they are wanting to start a Supporters Trust which is great I guess, although I thought we had one with Bullbuilder, and if it's done correctly and legally before they start taking money from anyone. At the moment not many of the people who should be there have confirmed they will be there so they might or might not. With this one being in City Hall I just hope the organisers can control the meeting through the agenda and although feelings are running pretty high just now I hope people can keep calm and respectful of where they are or it will end up being bad publicity which we don't need.

I've said this on Facebook and I'll say it here, there's just so much cloak and dagger, behind closed doors and private phone calls and dealings going on and no offence to the people involved but so many new names popping up as the voice of the Bulls fans.

At the end of the day I suppose it's who do you trust. eusa_think.gif

It's going out through some Facebook pages and Twitter at the moment Bulliac, so unless your on the internet or know someone who is your not going to know about it if its not in the T and A though are you. eusa_eh.gif

BullBuilder will be present, and will give a presentation. However, as we did not organise the meeting, I can't give an overall agenda.

Well that'll be another inconsequential event without agenda or purpose.
T&A know nothing.
"The fans have arranged a meeting".. who is the person speaking on behalf of all the fans?

To re-iterate what MDF has said, Bullbuilder has been invited to present and we have an agenda for our slot which is as follows

Why was BullBuilder formed and why is it still relevant
Bullbuilders contribution
Bullbuilders aims
how to join

I'm pretty sure we'll have questions after, lead by the hosts.

Obviously there wil be a couple of us speaking for BullBuilder and then the same people who spoke to us all at the last meeting doing the rest.
