According to James Gordon on Twitter it's a player leaving on loan and he told a Bulls fan it shouldn't worry him.

So whoever it is this hasn't got anything to do with the current cash crisis as all it does is get him off the wage bill and they aren't payable until after the deadline.

And Sykes and Potter just don't get on. Makes sense.

Not upset about this per se, but I would be concerned about this signifying the start of a fire sale.

This has been rumoured for weeks if it is Sykes to Wakefield and the player is leaving on loan so it really doesn't help the short term cash flow. I can't see it being part of any fire sale as it's pretty pointless if it is.

Just normal mid-season business I'd guess. We were desparate for a kicker (thankfully Isaac John has now unpacked his kicking boots!), and still need a back-up kicker - good deal for you, us and the player I think.
