I sent this to the All Party Parliamentary Rugby League Group.
"Dear Sir,
As a lifelong St Helens RLFC supporter exiled in London, I was saddened to hear the news to day that Bradford Bulls are facing insolvency.
I think this does call into question the current RFL licensing system, which I understand was under pinned by three year business plans, demonstrating solvency.
Today Bradford are asking their supporters to pledge £100 each to keep the club alive with little detail behind this.
I therefore would respectfully ask if this chain of events should be looked at by the All party Parliamentary Rugby League Group. In my view this issue falls under the scope of the purpose of the group, and specifically questions need to be asked of the RFL and of the Bradford Club. The Bulls would be a sad loss to Super League, but the governance of asking fans for bail outs is an embarrassment to the game I love and requires external scrutiny."
If you want answers as to why this has happened I suggest you do the same. The RFL need to be held accountable for this.
Super League without the Bulls just wouldn't be right.

| Nice job.
Although I think it's to early to be pointing fingers at the RFL. The bulls could of been pulling the wool over there eyes and lied to them as well

| I have sent a similar letter to the link you gave, however the Bradford Bulls would be a loss not only to Superleague, but to rugby league and to the Bradford community in general

| Are we really criticising each other's form filling abilities?
Thanks for your efforts, Geoggy.

| well i got a response;
Thank you for your email to the Parliamentary Rugby League Group.
We’ve had a number of emails on this subject; I have passed them to the Chairman of the Group and will be taking forward with the RFL.
Best wishes,
