If memory serves he dated the "head" one. Used to always seem him around the Rodley/Bramley area where she was from. Heard a few stories about him anyway. |

He once was the head of this summer team building thing I went on just after my GCSEs (it was quite good, as some kids got to do stuff for the pre-match entertainment at Valley Parade, and some like me got to interview Bulls players for the matchday mag).
One day after coming back from Odsal, we stopped off at McDonalds for some reason and he saw one of the Bullettes there. He shouted over "Hey love, it's me Steve". Honestly - I've never seen anyone do an about turn quicker. Straight into her car and off without even a wave.
His excuses for that were more cringeworthy than David Brent and Alan Partridge combined!
Also as part of this we interviewed Michael Vaughan as part of a promotional video. One of Vaughny's answers involved him saying "I've got a few years left in me yet, I'm 27 to date". Poor old Steve thought he'd said "today" and in the middle of the interview announced "A little birdy tells me it's Michael's birthday today, so let's sing". Cue the most forced chorus of Happy Birthday ever, Vaughny looks embarrassed and said "cheers, but my birthday isn't for a few months". Surprisingly that didn't make the final cut!
