| Best performance in a Bradford shirt, he played really well today after some poor performances so far, and his kicking game was brilliant at getting us out of trouble. I don't think weve seen the best of Kyle Briggs yet, hope all the team take some confidance out of that. Also a big shout to Elima who ripped into Wigan in his first game back from injury, and Ian Sibbit didnt let anyone down today.

| He just needs a run to settle into things. IMO he'll come good for us. Briggs and Jeffries is the way to go for us. Forget BK and Henry in the halves.

| Great kicking game today. Very clever. Just shows what he can do when he gets a game behind a pack that's competing.

| Briggs was excellent, and he didn't get much help from Jeffries, who made a couple of real clangers. If Jeffries had been on his game, it could just have made the difference. But great to see Briggs' confidence visibly lifting as the game went on (you could say that for the team as a whole I suppose)

| Briggs could walk with head held very high down the tunnel.

| Think you're being slightly harsh on Jeffries FA. Did some very good things, Ah Van's try for example? A half taking the ball to the line and attacking is just what we need.
That said, take nothing away from Kyle Briggs. Class today, and him and Jeffries look good as a pair.

| Iam not saying he will be as good, but with the right guidance i think Kyle Briggs could be our very own Sam Tomkins.

| I still find it hard to ignore his attempt on finch for his try. Was horrible and at a really important time in the game. He did well but made errors. Some good kicking, though the wind was being a massive help or hindrance for both sides.

Yes, I have read what I wrote and didn't mean it to sound as if Jeffries had that bad a game, he just was a bit erratic and didn't really impose himself as well as the clangers, but certainly with both Briggs and at time Jeffries posing varied threats it helped tremendously.

| I'm really pleased for the guy. I hope his confidence is much improved and he receives the backing he needs from MP. Salford at home next, hopefully we can kick on and get a decent result next week.
With decent all round performances from 6, 7 and 1, what happens when Herbert and Kearney are back fit?

| Yep, how refreshing to have a pair of half-backs! They do a particular job each and compliment as a pair very well.
Re: Herbert, he is back next week. Certainly wouldn't play him though, I'll be miffed if he drops Briggs.

If it continues over a run of games they wait their turn to get back in the side.
