I didn't know we had been linked with Elima. That's a shock.

Another of Potter's left field signings. The way he keeps these things secret he could give James Bond pointers.

Right now that Elima has been conmfirmed the club just need to sort out and release the news on whats happening with Orford and we are moving in the right direction.

Looks like we probably just need to announce a stand-off if Orford is staying and then that might be the lot......

Can hope for Slater, Sam Burgess and Gasnier, but I think we've agreed that they come the year after......

would hope we only use langers at loose forward to take pressure off addy/donaldson in short term tbh. Langers has looked a lot better since we started using him in 2nd row without the additional responsibility of loose.

Interesting that youve started with hargreaves ahead of scruton. Do you think we might develop scrutes into an impact prop coming of bench or do you just think hargreaves is a better player?

Surprised that there has been less comment on this signing although it was probably the worst kept secret so most things have probably been said weeks ago! But I'm very happy that it has been officially confirmed now, good work Bulls.

Wonder if Potter will make moves for anymore Catalan players given the rule change for the French?

would hope we at least enquire about bosc, would solve our goal kicking problem and one of halves spots at a stroke although I doubt catalans would let him go. They are bringing in a NRL halfback (dureau? ) but I assume that is to replace sherwin, although I cant remember how long a deal they gave him when they got him mid-season from cas.

SR/LF, Same thing, doesn't really make a blind bit of difference anymore. Could start any of those back three there and it'd still be fine. Old School ball handling LF are a thing of the past and as far as I'm concerned they are outdated and overrated. Gimme a Johnson, O'Loughlin, Gallen, Stewart type anyday.

I know its early days yet, but I havent seen enough in either Addy or Donaldson to push Langley away from the backrow in either short or long term.

I dont believe there is such thing as an impact prop, Mat.
I think Scrutes is a better player than Hargreaves, I just think Bryn/Kop is an all that strong rotation as opposed to Scutes/Kop.
