Good news in the long run that he's getting it sorted even if he is out for four weeks.

Surely now we have to play one of our young props at least. No Scruton, Lynch or Langers for the the Crusaders game - its going to be a tough ask now.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Scruton back up and play in both.

Think a couple of loan players will be needed asap this week, wouldn't mind seeing Mike Cooper from Warrington, impressed me when on loan at cas earlier in the season, but i doubt Wire will want to part company.

Bad news in a way, but we all knew it had to come sooner or later. I think they may have had it planned for now all along - we needed our captain vs Leeds & Wire.

It's only fair to Lynch (who has been outstanding every game) that he gets it seen to during the season so he can take his chance to play for England.

Scruton will definitely have to back up. And Crossley will have to be in, unless we sort a loan out.

Sometimes 3 props can work, but not if its only Scruton, Hall and Kopzcak.

No great shock but the news is confirmed now, good luck in your recovery Donno. Such a pity that we won't get to see him continue to develop this year though.

Why? We've played with 3 props before, so why wouldn't we play with Scruton, Hall & Kopczak now? Admittedly EITHER Scruton will need to back up or someone will have to debut, but not both. Worrincy has also had a bit of a stint at prop this year and could again if need be.

Although saying that, that's assuming Hall can manage more than 10 minutes at a time....

I would say we're more likely to see Addy getting more game time in the back row or Olbison getting a chance, than Crossley ever making his debut (as I mentioned before, if they didn't even give Crossley a chance against Dewsbury, surely they are never going to).
