| Given that Wire have signed Myler for next year surely Bridge will now be looking at the chop. Given our lack of competion for halfback why not look at him? He's still only young and is a good attacker.
Also, does anyone know if he'd count as home grown?

Hes developed into a great centre now and plays there much more that half-back. Although, with Aktins coming in for 2010 and King already in the team, it does beg the question where he will play.

| A good signing for us and not to be sniffed at. Good kicker, good brain, a bit of pace, can play all over the shop and would count as home grown
Good replacement for Deacs

Same with Monaghan, Clarke & Higham.

| Quite a decent centre who can cover halfback.
However his antics off the field led to him being allowed to leave us. At the time Noble referred to such antics as being "a cancer in the club".
Pretty serious choice of words there. His subsequent positive test for charlie and other trouble with the law suggest he's not a squeaky clean performer off the field. Do we want this bloke providing an example to follow to our young players coming through?

I see him more as a decent halfback who can cover centre. As such, he would be ideal for us in playing terms - and even more ideal due to being home-grown (I presume) and a decent kicker.
I feel qualified to comment about what he does on the field as I have seen it for myself. I feel unqualified to comment about off-field activities, and even when past ones are in the public domain, I can't really comment about whether he has learned from mistakes. If we are interested, I hope that our coaching staff do due dilligence.

I'm happy with lighter shades of grey!

| If I was Bridge I would see Briers as 31 & the only other natural SO at the club. Wire are going to be a top 2 or 3 team for the next few years. I don't know his contract but I know where I would want to be.

| But if wire are bringing in solomona, myler (who's likely to be on a decent wack despite his age) and atkins then there's got to be some give in the wage dept. After all, we still have a salary cap

| I've heard that Mr Reardon will be a Bulls player next year providing he can prove his fitness.........
Another who left under a cloud but counts as a "home grown".
What with Semi looking like he's on his way we are short of a winger.

| Bridge is far better than Reardon. I wouldn't mind seeing either at the club again, but Bridge would be my preference.
