| I don't know if anyone else noticed by Briggs was given the main play maker role on Sunday where as the Halifax and KR games it was Herbert and then Jefferies. He was involved in just about everything good we did and he and Jefferies ran the plays from deep and this will only get better the more they play together. I am by no means saying Herbert is a bad player but unless either Briggs or Jefferies have a massive howler on Sunday I can't see a reason for Potter to change it.

| The difference to the half backs performances on Sunday was down to the forwards getting on top. They were superb. It would be nice to see how Herbert would play in that situation.
It's finally nice to have the option to 'drop' someone in the halves if needed. When was the last time that happened?
All the top teams have 3 play makers in their team. We had 2 on Sunday so I suggest we fit our 3 in. Play Herbert at loose man, he's big enough and tackles well enough. Then we've got play makers at 6, 7 and 13.

If we're moving Langley into the second row, I'd rather us play Addy at loose. But preferbly keep the same as last week.

| Keep team as it is, replacing Raynor with a winger.
Nothing more demoralising than getting dropped after a decent game.
Competition for places - play bad, get dropped..... Agree with above, nice to now have that option.

I'd leave Addy in the academy to regain fitness. Langley to the second row, Sibbit to the bench and Herbert to loose. Halley in for Raynor unfortunately.

| With our season in the can, I'd like to see Briggs get the remainder of the season under his belt so he's good to go next year. I don't think it's any coincidence that his game is starting to improve as he gets more time on the park.
He's gaining confidence the only way you can, out on the field - it ain't rocket science, along with becoming accustomed to a whole new level from the championship. I'm quietly confident he'll turn into a very good player.

| Briggsy was always going to be good enough to play SL but needed time to settle and the injury he picked up early on didn't help.
The truth is that most half backs struggle if they are playing behind a pack that aren't firing and I suspect looking at some of your results that has been the case in the early part of the season.

| Briggs and Jeffries linked up very well again today, mom could have gone to either one of them. Hope Briggs kicks on now, he has the potential to be one of the top halves in the league.

| Briggs played well today, I expected him to get MOM but it could have gone to a couple of players today.

| Solid performance from Briggs today. It's good to see him working well with Jeffries and creating some space on the flanks. Well deserved MOM award for BJ.

| BJ has definately changed things. I put my hands up and say that I was very unhappy resigning him, but he has had a positive impact. Him and Briggs seem to be developing a good relationship. I hope to see them given a chance to grow in those positions.

| You can see Briggs gaining in confidence with each game and Jeffries has taken pressure off him. He did well today. If he can put a bit more size on in the next off season and stiffen up his defence and his ability to break a tackle he'll go very well as he's got good footwork and a decent rugby brain. You can definitely see a difference when the pack is on song. We have really missed Langley and Elima in the backrow and having some props that can make an impact really gave him some space today.

How bad was Elima's injury towards the end? Didn't sound too clever on the radio.
