Do you see this as a new club with no history or do you still think the old bulls history is still part of your thinking?

You can blame who you want but everyone knows the real truth about who is to blame, even you.

I still feel you should be in the bottom league but your owners agreed to the terms so you have to move on. Look on the bright side when relegation is confirmed you will be in the correct league and can try and win your first silverware as a Newco.

Bit of both really. Look at Rangers. Do their fans see them as a new club? Or a continuation of the Rangers team just with a different company running them?

It's not hard to know the real truth. The old owner *cough* Marc Green is to blame. Especially with recent reports of the actual debt he managed to rack up, the fraud investigation taking place by the government, plus a few liable cases from former employees etc. Not to mention the opinions or facts from former employees regarding Green's policy of spending what we don't have! I feel like us Bulls fans sound like a broken record but here it is anywayWE SHOULD BE IN THE BOTTOM LEAGUE. PRETTY MUCH ALL OF US BULLS FANS WANTED US TO BE IN LEAGUE 1. JUST LIKE THE RULES STATE. IT IS NOT OUR FAULT THE RFL HAVE PLACED US INTO THE CHAMPIONSHIP FOR 2017!

It is quite clear that anybody with a brain can see only two main reasons why the RFL have done thisThe Bradford Bulls membership to the RFL was stripped when the club was liquidated. It was up to the RFL to give it back to the new owners. Chalmers and Lowe HAD to accept the Championship place because of the first two decisions, otherwise the RFL would not have allowed a membership to a Bradford club and therefore there would have been no Bradford club at all.[/i

And to top it off because we know the RFL are incompetent they HAD to be seen punishing Bradford (due to the non relegation) because otherwise it looks like we got off scott-free (as other fans cannot seem to see the fact that we had no players, coach, infrastructure, no academy, no facilities, nothing). So in their infinite wisdom they decided to dock us 12 points (effectively punishing the NewCo who have done nothing wrong). This of course has a knock on effect. No player wants to sign for a team at such a disadvantage. There is nothing for fans to get excited about other than a relegation fight. Funding is cut further and relegation looks likely. Which to go back to the point I made in bold......is what should have happened this season, so keeping us in this league sets us back 3-4 years instead of 1-2 years.

Sorry for the long post. But I am bloody sick to death of other fans coming on here and sounding pretentious like this -

They could have said. No.

No one comes in and they restart next season in the bottom league.

Fund raise for the next year with no costs and come in with good budget to get up then work on getting in super 8's going forward.

The RFL have shafted Bradford one too many times now and I think if we get relegated this year that will be it. We go down and we are another year behind in the rebuilding process with even less wonga rolling in. As impressive as yesterday's crowd were it is not enough to sustain a full time side without a money man propping us up.

Newco Bulls fan, no need to swear and please do not refer to Rangers as Rangers as they are no more. The Rangers or Newco Gers will do.

The old club is gone. You are currently a team with zero wins ever and as things stand bottom of the league. You can not want to start on the bottom league and say we're keeping our old history. No chance. You ever keep your history or your a new club. It is simple.

Let's get annoyed at other fans coming on here and talking about your failings. Let's just pretend it never happened if you like. Give you back your 12 points and restart the season too. If you like...

I don't make the rules. If I was a buyer of the Newco I would have demanded bottom league and start again. Nothing else.

Why did anyone accept -12 is unreal and crazy. Even if it meant starting again next year in the bottom league. By accepting -12 you are saying yes we're a Newco, no history and almost down straight away. Pointless year for the Newco if you ask me.

Newco doesn't make the rules either.

If they'd said no to the RFL would they have caved in? Probably not. So start in 2018 then? Can't see the RFL doing deal with people that don't play ball.

As it is the new owners are happy to go along with everythjng the RFL want. What Bulls fans or anyone else want or think is a better solution was never going to happen.

If you don't like it blame the RFL. None of us wanted this wasted season where we're certs to go down.

If no one comes forward to buy the bulls at -12 they have no option but to change their plans as there is no Newco bulls team in the league.

I think they would have gone with one less team and made an extra place for the league below. That would have been fair.

Are you honestly saying the rfl would have rejected an application from a new Bradford side for 2018? I very much doubt it.

I find it strange that HalifaxCougar would ignore a part of my long message. So in response to your suggestions of saying no to the -12 and 'demanding' a League One place:

So not quite as simple as saying no and starting again in 2018. We would still have needed a membership from the RFL and they simply would not have given us it.

On what basis would they have not given it to you?

Are you telling me the RFL would have said no more RL in Bradford ever going forward? I still think you would have got in the bottom league in 2018.

Don't you just love Halifax fans...they always make me feel quite intelligent and I'm very dim by my own admission.

On the basis that we would have essentially given the RFL a huge middle finger. And I don't know if you have any knowledge of sport (I happen to have a degree in Sport Development) but annoying the governing body is something which you really need to avoid. Especially one as inconsistent and stupid as the RFL.

And it would have made a joke of the RFL's fixtures for two leagues. Besides where does the capital come from to re-start in League One after a year out? As I stated before. We should have been in League One this season. This further backs the claim that the RFL are a set of muppets. Their laws clearly state a liquidated club must start from the bottom. Yet they ignored or bent their own rules. Something Bradford fans were not happy about.
