Seems odd that sheffield are waiting until after bulls game to make announcement, if that's accurate. He isn't in squad so doesn't cause any disruption whatever announcement is unless it involves us somehow. Be a big u turn from Chissy if he came back as he was pretty scathing of new owners when they didn't offer him a deal when they took over.

Sheffield won't be announcing where is is going anyway. Usually the club the player has signed for will make a statement. Sheffield will be saying he has left.

Hull KR probably, they seem to be signing up just about everyone available. Fair play to them, they are clearly pushing hard for a return 1st time. They appear better run than ourselves though so hopefully they've done the maths, especially as the novelty will wear off a little in the 2nd season if they don't hit their objective.

KR is what I'd expect too, tbh. He's played there before and was a success, they also have more financial clout than us, so he'd be welcomed back I imagine - icing on the cake.

Heard the supposed reason Chisholm and Sheffeld are parting company today. Don't think Sheffield had a choice (if what i heard is correct and not just terrace gossip) .i would want to make sure he was in the right frame of mind before we approached him. Loved his time with us but his supposed actions could disrupt out team unity.

I weren't put on here what i heard. Not to sound like a Mick Gledhill, but because like i said, it could just be terrace gossip.

I do wonder if we are lining up a possible replacement hooker if things go badly for Moore. Lilley has played in that position last year.
The interview today with the club manager seems to suggest the Visa problems are close to being sorted so we may see Phoenix within a couple of weeks. His explanation about border control number then visa application after bank account problem seemed realistic. He said all paperwork is now in and could happen quickly.
A month ago there were reports of two overseas props signed. Wouldn't it be nice if they appear when the visas are finally sorted.

Nosey Parker seems to think we have signed Chissy till the end of the season. Mind you he has been wrong before. If Lilley returns to Leeds as expected it could be a good move, he obviously enjoyed his time with us last season.

And then Lilley comes back and covers for Moore if Her Majesty calls him up into her team.

Still hopeful that Moore will stay.

The courts seem to look for any reasonable cause to avoid sending anyone to prison these days and quite unbelievable offences seem to attract other 'sentences' (or non-sentences, as others may have it). As as had been said before, some accusations of 'assault on the police', can drag the definition of assault way below what most of us would consider it to be, 'actual assault', so I remain in a positive mode.

If Chissy is back, I'd say we need a couple more forwards then we are looking a little more stable,
especially with the addition of Phoenix, hopefully soon to arrive.
I just hope he is at least half decent and not another player signed from a good highlights video.

I wonder if there are any Bulls fans committed enough to the cause that they can take the blame for Scott? Realise we need him in the team and go to the police and tell them they did it instead and it was mistaken identity. Surely there's someone who would be happy to spend a bit of time in the nick for the sake of Bradford not getting relegated?

Leeds should only call Lilley back if they need him. Having said that I'm not opposed to young Keyes playing alongside Pryce, or Chilsholm.
