Do you lot agree with Mr Green's decision to take it to court or do you feel the club should accept it?

We shouldn't be taking it to the high court IMO, we should be concentrating on building a squad and appointing a coach to compete at the top end of the championship to give us the best chance of getting back up.

I think it's good to have someone prepared to fight in charge for once. Usually we just lie back and let anyone do what they like to us.

Get it to the high court and get everything out in the open, then the RFL will take the abuse and fans will understand what the time lines and advice really were. IMO.

I don't know, but I'd guess it's a bluff. The costs would be enormous. As soon as the RFL demonstrated they would mount a robust defence, my guess is that the case would be dropped. Even going that far would eliminate any remaining goodwill the Bulls still have. The sooner Bulls accept it and start to get their house in order for the near future, the better it will be for them.

Marc Green is successful in his case, some dirt is aired on RFL and we are given sufficient points that may keep in SL... would you still say he should have accepted it or would it have been the right call?

Even if it worked, and we got enough points back to stay in SL, I don't think Wakey would go down without a legal fight either. So effectively we would force a 13team SL next year, with headaches for everyone in SL.

If there was enough evidence provided that unequivocally proved the RFL were at fault, we may deflect enough of the blame from ourselves. But I think we would be pariahs for years afterwards.

As I understand it, and assuming it continues in the same vein, the cap only applies to the first team, and of those, only your 25 top earners actually count towards it.

What you pay the non-first team squad players or any other staff, is up to you, presumably so long as it isn't more than you're paying the first team... So, assuming we have enough income, there's no reason we can't offer a half decent package to the ex academy lads as they graduate. What we won't be able to offer, unfortunately, is the chance of top level rugby.

Depends on what 'evidence' they have. If Mr Green can get, say Ryan Whitcut, to stand up in court and state that the RFL suggested that Moore and co. go into admin to, "get rid of Omar", as he's already said in public and has been reported as saying in the press, then yes, they should go to court. I can't think of a single reason why not.
