Just got told that Briggs has definitely left Fev. The person didn't know for definite where he was off, just that he's no longer at Fev. Looking more and more likely.

However, Hull are in the process of announcing their squad numbers at the moment (in a really crap way via facebook which is p*ssing most of their fans off) and their Number 20 is "To be confirmed", so looks like they've got a signing lined up too.

Well it looks more and more probable now! Hope so too now as i think it would be a top signing from the more ive read!!

Didn't say, but from what he did say it didn't sound like loaned back. Don't know for sure though.

I don't think bulls will loan him, maybe Southernwood but if they have paid a large fee i can't see us letting him go

nearly all championship contracts have a release clause if SL teams come calling. so cannot see any large fee being involved.

I reckon he'd do a good job for us but I wouldn't be devastated to see him go to Hull.

Well he had just signed a new contract so I can't see any player under contract going for free. Especially at a young age

think hull is quite a likely destination for briggs. they've been looking for a backup half for a while and it looks like crusaders arent going to let sammut go. from briggs point of view he's more likely to get a first chance sooner at hull then bradford given longs injury record and lack of competition in halves at hull. Whilst we arent knee deep in halves ourselves I'd imagine southernwood at least would be ahead of him in the pecking order for scrum half.

At the presentation evening in February I would assume.

But if he came here he'd probably be 2nd in line for stand-off behind Kearney. Which means he's almost certain to get a few gos if Kearney picks up a knock or is shifted to fullback.
