Since when did Leon become injury prone? It's not uncommon for players to pick up a couple of injuries in succession. Not sure that classifies a player as 'injury prone' though. So Leon Pryce isn't good enough for Bradford.. who should we be looking at instead?'" hear hear got bored with this injury prone label

Mason has played as soft as they come for Hull KR and shown no appetite for the game either. He's after a payday and that's why he's off to French RU, what we have to lose is throwing good money after bad for a quick fix that won't happen.

| In a loan signing, don't both clubs pay half the players wages?
So it would not be the end of the world if it didn't work out for us would it?

I don't think there is a specific amount and I'd suspect it varies from case to case. I've got to say though, he's done nothing at HKR to suggest he can still do the business but we are pretty desperate.........

Ex Hull KR TV season pass holder.Ex HKR lottery member. Ex Hull KR half season pass holder.: |
|
| He would be a massive signing for you guys and would bring alot to the team,ok we as a team havent set the world alight since he signed but it isnt his fault alone !!!
For what its worth i think his passpost will come thru at the end of this month and the rfl will allow us to register him again without the dispo obviously.
He is as upset as anyone the way this has panned out and i can see him being at rovers till season end at least.
But if you get chance, sign him up now !

Dangerously libellous, and completely without foundation. You're not "honest", you are a liar, unless you heard it from the voices in your head.
Quote: sir steve menzies "so it could also be another miss diagnosis to elima..'"
"Another"? To add to which previous ones, then?
Quote: sir steve menzies ".ie L'estrange had broken his nakle and came back 2/3 weeks later '"
This proves you know nothing, as the Bulls staff did NOT think it was broken, that was what the hospital initially suspected, not the Bulls' staff. The Bulls' staff were correct.
Quote: sir steve menzies "the physio would have noticed if it was "broken".....like at the end of the game heath was walking on it....and it was ligament strains from what i remember ?
slight difference there. '"
Slight loony rambling. Look, if the Bulls' staff DID think it was broken (they didn't) - ask yourself, in a lucid moment - "Would they have allowed him to walk on it?"
Quote: sir steve menzies "ive heard numerus times that the physio is not up to scratch from whithin the club...now surley they know better than you ori ..people who are working with him practically every day'"
Liar. You seemingly don't even know what the physio arrangements are!

It would scare you Michael, if someone was suing you for defamation and you faced bankruptcy. Plenty of cases of it happening, but plenty more are settled before it gets to court with an apology and you paying the other guy's lawyer.
Fortunately you are usually sensible enough to recognise when a comment is getting close to the line, and make it clear it is your opinion. Some of the local fekkwittery seem incapable of making that call.

| I'm fearless. Not even the threat of legal action scares me.
I'd be nice if we knew who AF was talking to.

| Anyay, Mason. We're lacking go forward and aggression. He used to offer that in bucketloads. I don't see any other options out there. Worth a stab at least. I'd play him on the field at the same time as two props possibly even out wide where he can re-discover his ability to trample smaller players. Our backrow without Elima and Langley is the lightest and most inexperienced in SL so we need someone.

Yeah Mason. Gotta agree with you. The guy is top quality. Our pack is to soft as it is. I really hope this comes off.

| I'd try Mason if he was available. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and signing Mason short term would be far from desperate.
Is he likely to be available though, or is today's pronouncement just a move to mollify the mortified masses?

He may not be the player he once was, but he'll be alot more aggressive than any other options we have. Even if it didn't work out, it's half a seasons wages ffs! We aren't that skint are we? Plus it would create a little bit of a buzz, and that is very badly needed as the performance on sunday got rid of the last bit from the pledge campaign.
