| Massive opportunity missed. Something wrong with the defensive coaching, teams break our line far too easily. Like has been said can’t see us recovering from another abject defeat. With the player rosta we have, should Barrow be doing the double over us, I think not. Don’t know where we go from here but It won’t and shouldn’t be super league.

| Another very frustrating afternoon for us Bulls fans. We managed to turn in a lacklustre performance for large spells but somehow clawed our way back from 12 points down only to throw it all away in the final five minutes. We started to play well during the final quarter of the game but in typical Bulls fashion, just as momentum swung our way and a comeback looked complete, we hit self-destruct.
A chance to go top of the table was there for the taking, but instead we now sit third behind Toulouse and York. That game didn’t just hurt, it epitomised our season. Inconsistent, infuriating, and ultimately falling short when it matters most. This team are way off challenging for the top spot.

| Noble has always said wait until we are 10-12 games in to see what sort of tesm we are. Well now 14 games in and we know.
I would still like to see Hooley at FB, Holmes in the halves and Lilley at hooker.
To me that's blatently obvoius but not to Noble.
Keyes played very well today and can hold his head up.

| Out coached, out thought, and out fought again. Didn't the York team a few seasons ago tell us you cannot win this league with aging SL players and loanees. Sending our top try scorer to Batley to make way for a has-been makes no sense along with so many other decisions Nobby is making at the moment.
Needs to change quickly now or we blow a chance at SL.

| I watched the game on the live streaming ,if you think Micks biased the two commenting were not very neutral but there you go. One of the comments was that Ritson mentioned the reason why Hurrell had been at 4 clubs this season but they didn't divulge what it was. I feel sorry for the fans who made the long journey. Again we shot ourselves in the foot.

| I've defended Hurrell a little as I thought some of the criticism was unfair but he was awful today. Missing tackles, still on the floor once the ball was being played etc. If they offer him a contract we deserve all we get this season.. which will be naff all.
The pack for me needs reinforcements - it simply isn't good enough. We've been out muscled too many times this season and we really lack anyone to punch through and offer some momentum.
Same old problems continue to haunt us, I'm not sure whether even a couple of quality recruits would be enough unless it comes with a massive attitude shift.
Too many times we've tried to win the match in the final 25 minutes, it's not acceptable and some of the players need to fix that attitude or be on their way. I think after 5 hours driving to watch that garbage, I'll make that the last away game of the season I bother with until I feel we have some players who want to go into battle for this club.

That's two more than Hurrell. Who on performances so far needs sending back to Saints.

| What can you say. Essentially if we play someone with enthusiasm we lose because we don't appear to have any. We are a team less than the sum of its parts and that's not really acceptable.
For me it isn't working having 4 lumps as centres and wingers. They act as extra forwards and are tall enough to get the tired kick to corner, but when do you see a line break. There are next to no attempted offloads in the tackle. It's just joyless to watch.

| Worrying thing is, I can't see how we fix it.
We put Lilley back in at hooker then we have Meadows who isn't good enough. Or we put Holmes in at 7, but he's a full back and has the same issues Lilley has playing at 7. Okunbor makes good yards yet is guaranteed a brain fart. Hurrell crocked yet gets his loan extended. Hallas, I'm sorry but no team is going to win anything with him starting at 13. There's a reason he went to L1 Hunslet after he left us. And don't give me "he works hard" he doesn't do 80 minutes, never done an off-load or broken a tackle. Gives away draft pens. Remember when we had Batieri at 13! There's levels!
Noble always you'd get a good idea of this team after round 9.
We're now in July and the facts are we haven't won a single big game. Toulouse, York x 2, Barrow away. All the others, let's be honest either weren't very good or were ravaged by injuries. We changing our spine DURING games as we can't work out which is best.
The goodwill of the fans has gone now. We'll beat a poor Hunslet side like we did batley and think everything's OK. York will give us a pasting.

Holmes played most of his rugby at half back before joining us so is no stranger to tjat position.I agree Hallas is a good bloke but offers very little. Blake is still a good and very strong defensively.
