I can see us losing to Fax.

Funniest post of the year. Nearly had me in stiches. We cant even beat Championship teams never mind a SL team. You could put out a second team and still win by 40.

Not a chance in hell, we will win very comfortably. Seriously, if we didn't, then Potter and half the team would need to go. But Halifax have no chance, and they know it. they will put up a creditable show, but it'll be another 'Dewsbury'.

One thing that will be interesting is watching Herbert play at Championship level.

I'd expect a win, it won't be a walkover, more like a nailbiting error strewn affair. TBH all the pressure is well and truly on us.

No, it will be an easy enough win, but nobody surely would think that beating a lower division side is of any significance.

You've obviously not seen our attack this year. The ball never gets passed more than twice in a set (even then it usually gets played with an inside pass, ending back to the play the ball). I can imagine the opposition team prep the week before a match goes something like this.....

"Bradford will take 5 drives down the middle before kicking the ball dead, lets just pack the middle with our big lads!!"

I sure hope they prove me wrong!! I expect a win this week but would not be surprised if Halifax's attack is more fluent than ours. I have never seen a team so scared of throwing the ball out wide.

Never know, we might even see a dummy run from a forward this week. Poor Tom (Burgess) keeps offering this but then the hooker just throws it at him instead of missing him out

That tactic will be well and truly scuppered by Fax's stubborn refusal to make a tackle meaning Bradford will either do a Forrest Gump and run out of the stadium or score at will. Don't worry if we get hold of the ball, we've got 3 moves -

1. Drop the ball and stare at it like an idiot until some nice opposition player picks it up
2. Throw it to an invisible player/touch judge or opposition player
3. Let our winger (provided it's Worrincy) drive it in

Against Batley we tried a fourth tactic of constantly running into touch but that seems to have been abandoned in recent weeks.

Sorry but that was toms fault, it is a basic that you always expect the ball even if you're running dummy (just in case). Otherwise he performed well and took the ball in a few times towards the end
