I love it when Hudds fans copy and paste that list to try and prove a point or win an arguement, with nothing won in the last 50 years they should be hiding it.

Our day is coming sooner rather than later. We're going to win something and could go on to be a major player in SL over the coming years. We've built up from the bottom and now have the foundations and stability needed to have a long and successful club for years to come.

i was asked to come back when we had won something which i did, i wasn't asked to justify anything,we have won nothing of note for 50 years??? precisely why we are enjoying being one of the top teams now mate,after the i've seen in all my years watching fartown and only been able to dream of playing the top clubs like bradford etc im sure you'll forgive us for enjoying our recent resurgence wouldn't you?

). Its an individual player award. When JP won it with Bradford do the Bradford fans bang on about it to counter losing arguments. Fact is Hudds have won naff all in the last 50 years, until you do win something to be noted (which you will before Bradford next do) you will have nothing on Bradford.

Plus your man of steel winner has now jumped ship to a side that has recently won something to be noted.

What makes you think it was a big one, fans probably thought it was going to be one-way traffic (which it was ) so stopped at home and watched the kick and clap on TV.

That's an individual honour rather a team one. It's awarded to the most outstanding player. Not team.

Coach Of the Year 2009?

TBF, I've only got the Carnegie 9s left after this in my lifetime and I'm 37!

Forget the silly awards why don't you just say: We've not won anything for a long long time, but we are a club that is on the up and soon enough trophies will start to come our way. Everyone will agree and you Hudds fans won't look silly banging on about your MOS and COTY.

Get off it pal. You must be the only person in the history of the world who gives a ship about the club of the year award.

Not trolling, i am from Huddersfield and want us to do well, but more of a R.L fan. I have been to odsal as many times as the Galpharm in the last year or so and who cares who did what and when. The bulls are a team on the decline in class and in crowds, it happens in all sports. Huddersfield are a side on the up and after the dross of many years it's taking time to build crowds up, but they are getting there now. It's when youngsters get involved and see a winning team that a new cycle of fans emegre and it's all to do with what goes on, on the pitch. Your diehards are there through thick and thin, your floating and new supporters define your salary cap and progress.

Todays game was a classic example of one team on the up that every player wants to be a part of, a coach they respect and love and a team spirit rarely seen in modern day sport, every player wanted the ball, even when well in front they were back slapping, trying to score right up to the last minute.

Bradford looked a team on the decline, not much spirit, no coheshion, many looking like it was pick up a wage time. That is from an outsiders point of view, it's sport and Bradford and Hudds may go in different directions in the future, but for now it's only going one way, the glory days are over for now for Bradford, Hudds can acheieve anything in the next few years.

There is quite a few, we've had them on the Leeds board in the past and now their banging on about them on here.

Never mind all Leeds' SL titles, we've not won a MOS award so we're inferior to Hudds.

No mate as I'm not anywhere near 50. I've come to the conclusion that quite a few opposition supporters are quite jealous of us it must be because we are a good team. I didn't envy your club when you won everything going, quite a few of my mates are Bulls fans and fair play to you back then.
Now it looks like our fortunes are changing and we are going to be a force in SL for a few years. Its just quite funny how our near neighbours up the M606 are looking on in envy at how our fortunes have taken a turn for the good and how big a gulf in class there actually is between the two clubs now.
