Peacock, Menzies, Gartner.

I went for Peacock (carried the pack at times in his final season with the Bulls) Gartner (Just a class act) and Morrison (His work rate was superb)

Agree mostly but I put Menzies in 3rd place - same work rate as Morrison with a wee bit less in defensive power but a lot more in pace/handling in attacking skills.

It's an absolute pig of a job, having to decide who was merely a 'great' player whilst someone else was 'outstanding', isn't it?

I disagree with Menzies producing the same work rate as Morrison and there's not much in it pace wise but yes Menzies does/did have that extra bit of class in making things happen and to do it at his age at top level is something else.

Nobody is better than Beaver. Jamie Peacock was outstanding.

Beaver and Burgess and Gartner - pretty good for 4th through 6th best second rowers. Morrison bloody good for #7. Hoping Whitehead and Bateman force their way in amongst over the next few years.
