Anyone else get caught out with the tickets issue and having to repurchase them at Headingly when Bulls tickets did not work?

I got in OK and I bought my tickets from the Bulls shop, the problem I had was with the stewards who didn't have a clue on the gates. The supervisor was playing hell about how they were searching people and asked one of them can you speak English !
