This. Being a half back (and not really one who can cover for any other position like Addy for example) you either play him from the start or don't play him at all IMO. Otherwise he is a waste of a bench spot.

I'm not a fan of HS, I think all season he's been a bit of a passenger. He's not really done anything massively wrong (other than getting binned twice in the same game) but he's not really done anything full stop, and this has made him look really poor. Against KR he did actually take the line on at one point (that I can remember) and found himself over the try line, albeit held up. He needs to do more of this. If it doesn't work it doesn't work, but at least he's doing something.

Like Bullcharge said, we have to start playing people in their actual positions when possible though.

HS hasn't done much wrong this season because he has hardly played. Now is the time to put him in. He did actually do some "half back" things last week on a few occasions which caught some of the players out. Play him or get rid - and that should have applied to many others.
If all thee are fit - Mullaney, Gaskell and Seijka then play them all and lets see what they can do.

Honestly thought this bad blood had disappeared with the good tempered advert for the Championship we had at our place. I recall afterwards both coaches saying both teams deserve to go up.

Bradford learned our lesson about not annoying the RFL excessively a few years ago. Leigh would seem to be heading that way now.

Maybe Siejka just needs a free reign to play off the cuff and he isn't the organising half Jimmy's being playing him as. He came on against KR when the game was gone and we didn't really have a game plan and took the line on twice and did alright. In fact he probably took the line on more in that game than the entire season.

If we where safe in 4th maybe but id like to see us above Wakey if at all possible, nothing saying they wont finish above them on merit anyway, especially if Widnes show up in force against Leigh might be a bloodbath especialy as they disposed of us and Wakey very easily

Hopefully Addy can organise he has been doing it for a while anyway, and would allow Seijka play as you have said, heres hoping but secretly we all know whats going to happen, he was unlucky to be held up also, what about Sejka as hooker next season?.

Think this will be the line-up as well, perhaps Ferguson starting rather than Ryan, but certainly that 17 anyway. Other than Addy, the other 12 starters are in their actual positions, which would make a nice change.

Still think Neisen needs a big game quite underwhelemed so far with him, might be different with either Clare or williams, outside of him, Caro seemed to always be offside when he plays saw it against Fax with Henry and he was always infront of his centre so hardly got the ball.
