I used that phrase because it's one of the favorites to try and explain away a shambolic game. It doesn't matter what he may not have he's used what founds he's had available to build his team and do you honestly think he's aim was to be 11th in the league.

Unfortunatly in team sport the buck does stop with the coach. He's the one who runs the team and is responsible for it.
