| [quote="dddooommm":21piy3z5]I can't say I noticed any replays today. It appears to just be a static camera shot from the halfway line (Bulls TV camera I assume).[/quote:21piy3z5]
No there wasn't, but it would would add to the gameday experience. I'm guessing we don't have resource or technical capability to do that presently.

| Agreed. It's an IMG requirement that looks to me as if it has limited value. Not sure what the point is really.

| Maybe across the year we will see it used more often. I used to do work experience at Sky and got to go round loads of grounds (Leeds Wigan Warrington), and saw the screen can be complex. Maybe Bulls just being hesitant/cautious? We know there’s not masses of staff and technology is poor at the best of times

The screen or IMG?
LSV (or Disneyland as one of your wags once called it) has a big screen that ticks all the boxes for UEFA purposes, but not for Idiotic Mismanagement Gruppe.
You've spent the money, enjoy the IMG points. Step in the right direction even if the screen seems pointless.
Leigh get the same zilch points as Halifax with their "little man" 'angin' numbers on 'ooks (folk in The Egerton Arms in Salford refused to believe Bongser as he spoke of said retro-tech after a visit in early 2022).
Should anyone here know of a good point regarding IMG, please post it.

The only good point (for ourselves) I can think of is that whilst there’s an incumbency bias for the current 12, it is obviously designed to promote big city clubs , such as ourselves, London, Toulouse, possibly York. I understand why everyone else in the Championship dislikes it, as they can see its design as well

| It's obvious to everyone if they're honest that it favours the status quo. Even the SL clubs with histories of paltry crowds and poor results on the field are going to have to go some to get relegated.
Anyone wanting to go up has to have some serious money behind them. For instance if Wakefield hadn't got their new owner they'd be nowhere near SL once they got relegated. I doubt they'd be the big advocates for IMG that many of them are now they're assured of a place at the top table.
We're going to have to really push it to get into SL. Win everything we can and do everything we can off the field - even then there's a good chance we won't make it when you consider the incumbency bias. I can't see the game attracting enough money to go to 14 teams. We've all seen how SL clubs will protect their own interests (2013 TV money anyone?).
Taking the long view I can see this experiment being dumped in a few years. Whether there's much of a game left by then is anyone's guess. There are a lot of SL clubs that are making absolutely massive losses - way above clubs in the championship - so there's going to be a reckoning at some stage.
