If HMRC have submitted a winding up petition then they will play hardball. Unless Fax can come up with the money the current regime is all done. We've been there ourselves. Just hope the club keeps going in some guise. If this is really a 2nd WUP then it's probably best to go into admin rather than chuck money into a black hole. They'll get a 12 point deduction and potentially lose a lot of players but it'd be a fresh start hopefully with a new owner that knows what they're doing.
