I've known games be postponed for a few different weather conditions (mostly snow, ice or water related, to be fair) but never wind. I guess, unless there is imminent danger from solid objects being blown from the surrounding area onto the pitch or terraces then we'll most likely just have to put up with it.
Doubt we would want it postponing. Having Robinson unavailable is only going to help us, and if match is postponed his ban will be served against someone else unless postponed match is played mid week which I wouldn't think either club would want from an attendance point of view.
