I remember going to Leigh in 95/96. maybe even have been 1994 and getting a free ticket from a woman that came out of her house. Was a great gesture, and even better because my Grandad had only gone and left his wallet at home.
We were desperatley trying to flag down anybody we knew on the motorway. We did and borrowed some cash but now he could afford a pint in the ground too.
