We shouldn't be taking it to the high court IMO, we should be concentrating on building a squad and appointing a coach to compete at the top end of the championship to give us the best chance of getting back up. |

I think it's good to have someone prepared to fight in charge for once. Usually we just lie back and let anyone do what they like to us.
We were stitched up by the powers that be, they should not be allowed to get away with it.

Get it to the high court and get everything out in the open, then the RFL will take the abuse and fans will understand what the time lines and advice really were. IMO.

I don't know, but I'd guess it's a bluff. The costs would be enormous. As soon as the RFL demonstrated they would mount a robust defence, my guess is that the case would be dropped. Even going that far would eliminate any remaining goodwill the Bulls still have. The sooner Bulls accept it and start to get their house in order for the near future, the better it will be for them.

Marc Green is successful in his case, some dirt is aired on RFL and we are given sufficient points that may keep in SL... would you still say he should have accepted it or would it have been the right call?
