I said to Richard last week I'd like to come see the team in action. Today would have been ideal, but I knew I wasn't able to. But these guys deserve everyone's support - not least for the inspiration they provide to others in proving that disability most definitely does not mean inability, and need not mean you can't participate and compete.

How does wheelchair league differ from the union version? I had thought there was only one wheelchair code but it looks like I'm wrong.

wheelchair rugby aka Murderball is played with a found ball being passed in any direction wheelchair tag rugby league is played with a oval ball and played to rugby league rules as closely as possible
the difference is that the rugby league game is that it is a fully inclusive sport in which there are no barriers young old male female disabled and non disabled all take to the field together after all rugby league is a family sport and is able to be played by everyone check out you tube there is footage on there
