Atmosphere, I love a party with a happy atmosphere
I remember some kids with a drum at Odsal last season trying to get a bit of an atmosphere going down the pop side. Yes, people might have looked upon them disparagingly because they looked like scallies, but it made a bit of a change from the usual flat atmosphere we get. It summed it all up though, when a woman with a face like a smacked nabbed their drumstick off them and launched it into the next block.
Typical of the morgue like atmosphere that we usually get at Odsal nowadays. Hell, I don't expect the Curva Sud, but just a bit more of a good atmosphere / noise would be good! I'm sure it's not to everybody's liking, but we're paying nearly 20 quid a throw now to go to a game, so its worth getting thee monies worth and feeling more like part of something!

I think a bit of co-ordination by the fans would help, it certainly worked at one game I went to in Oz, it was Sydney FC v Wellington in the soccer (I had too much time between games in the RLWC!) and in the SFS which has about a 45,000 capacity and there were something like 10,000 there. Despite this, the hardcore fans which probably amounted to 1,500-2,000 behind the goals kept chanthing all game and were relatively animated and it really gave for a good atmosphere when the circumstances could have been quite different.
