1. Curates egg season . . . . though it was good to finish strong, it'd have been good to start that form a few games earlier so we could have made a proper bid for the playoffs.
2. Suspect it'll be L'Estrange & Orford . . . . with some dogged work by Kearney (a la Graham Idle / Danny Gartner'esk)
3. Donaldson
4. Sheriffe - IF we could have someone better in exchange
5. Bad season last time out. On paper a far better squad this term. Suspect it's (probably rightly) $hit or bust for him this year
6. Leeds - any game.
7. Brent Webb - not adverse to kicking or dropping in with knees on opposition players AFTER they've scored and made him look an ar$e for letting them get over / why he can get away with elbowing opposition players when he's been tackled/getting up to play the ball.
8. Would have been good to keep Sam but understand, and accept, why he's not a Bull . . . . for now. Happy with those coming in.
9. Hard one. Some would say the coaching/management. Some would say trouble a'tmill within the camp. Others that people just didn't stick to the game plan and/or consistently perform to their ability. Personally I suspect that, over all, it was probably a bit of all of those at differing times of the season.
10. Better than last year . . . .PLEASE, FFS!
It'd be hard, though not impossible, to be worse this year. The new cadre of players make us look a stronger (and hopefully) more competitive side on paper at least. I'd be very disappointed it we didn't make the top eight this year and be well chuffed if we made the top 4. We really need to be far more consistent team . . . and cold, brutally, ruthless with the opposition (I think, as a good friend of mine would say, the cry "Banzai!" & "Destroy, with extreme prejudice" just about covers the last bit
)
