| Im no legal god, this is grossely generalised and I appreciate this is a pretty irrelvent question but i'll be interested to see what ppl think:
As I see it, Price and Reardon got into a house they weren't wanted in and Reardon got abit slap happy with his ex missis. Her new piece came with a baseball bat, Leon Pryce gave him a bit of a shove and tumble, yesterdays outcome is their punishment. Its Done With.
What if someone was to gain entry to my house. Say i'd forgot to lock the door when I went to bed. They were on the rob, having a good look for my piggy bank and I heard em downstairs. First thing i'd do would be to grab a baseball bat and go investigate. I do this and find two unwanteds in my house. They slap my missis about and then push me over. Now...do think I'd be happy with the punishment given to these burglars. Because our legal system is so fair of course it would be a suspended sentance for the heavy handed one and community service for the other???Thoughts................. ???
As I said Ive dumbed it down alot, and I know some people will take the "That'll never happen, different scenarios etc etc tact. But lets think hypothetically......Go on...let yourselves.

I said it wouldn't go to court, not that you wouldn't end up in trouble. How you trick your way in in a threatening manner I'm not sure.

It wasn't the family home.

Your statement is incorrect. The reports of the case clearly said Reardon forced the door, the Judge said the same, and Reardon has to pay for the said door.

31918.jpg I rode over the mountains to Huddersfield. A wilder people I never saw in England. The men, women and children filled the streets and seemed just ready to devour us. John Wesley June 1757:31918.jpg |

Will the League exact a punishment or expect Saints to - for bringing the game into disrepute?'"
... so will saints be expected to sanction Leon or not?
