Championship Shield Round One Fixtures ReleasedThe RFL was due to publish the entire Championship Shield fixture list on Wednesday morning but ‘operational issues’ mean that this has not been possible. This could be down to ground sharing issues with those sides who share with football or another RL side or issues with travel arrangements for the sides who have to travel to away fixtures in Toulouse.
The full list will now be issued on Monday but the opening round has been released now and includes a home game for the Bradford Bulls against Shield favourites Toulouse Olympique XIII. A loss for the Bulls will effectively see them relegated to Championship One for 2018.
