Just a heads up for those that are coming across, the U23s game which was scheduled to take place after the first teams has been postponed due to 'unforseen circumstances'.

I'm interested in your take on our game Saturday, theres only 2 days to go. Someones must have an opinion. Its not the valley of death your coming to.

Its all "Jekyll and Hyde" at the moment, the fans have no confidence in the team coming up with a good performance, for this reason I think the away support might be lower than usual especially for people who went to Newcastle last week.

That's a shame, but understandable. Things are going well at Hull at the mo, so the fans are starting to turn out.

Unfortunately I think Saturday will be a low crowd with City at Wembley and Saints on a downer.

I'm going out of a feeling of obligation rather than anticipation. There might be a few from Saints as it's a Saturday but i'll be surprised if we take over 500.

I don't think it's the losing that fans cant stand, it's the manner in which we are playing and the complete disregard from anyone at the club that things are going badly wrong.

I just hope the team turn up, minus the GRINDER

Made a fist of it. LMS giving a penalty away near our line when we were still in with a shout for the win just typified our naivety at times this season.

According to the commentary we didn't seem to be getting the rub of the green especially the penalty count which I think ended up 11-2 in Hulls favour. Sounded as though despite the points against we put in a reasonable good shift on defence but came up with sloppy plays in attack.
I suppose the Walsh injury scuppered some of our attacking plays, we were well in the game for a win until Houghton put in a 40-20 kick and then scored off the back of it. Jack Ashworth and Jordan Turner seemed to put in a good performance, LMS put in a lot of effort and then ruined it all with that dumb tackle towards the end.
Didn't expect a win but at least we battled away, commentary mentioned a poor quality game with lots of errors giving it some entertainment value.

didnt get the rub of the green in the penalty count? you were lucky you weren't penalised more! from minute 1 to 80 saints tactics were to slow the ptb at every opportunity, encroach the 10, which hewer did correctly pin you for two or three times

as for your 3rd try, you should be thanking hewer for allowing it, saints player passes it forwards, snyed knocks it back, (vea?) scores.

fwiw we messed up with the 40/20 scrum, thompson knocked on at the line, it was the set before we scored

What was the injury to Walsh?

Ankle injury and not looking good apparently.

The ref was dire, honestly. I quite like Saints, as I think did the ref, he couldn`t recognise off side if it bit his ass.
