Surprised that Fages hasn't been included as he has a solid 40 mins against Castleford

It was the perfect oppotunity play Fages and instead were moving forward with the system that is clearly not working. I cringe at our 19 man squads these days.

If Fages cant get a oppotunity what does it say for the likes of Richardson who is 19 this year. Shake things up saints ffs!

For the future of our club we as fans must force this club to act now in getting shut of Cunningham.

Why? Ignore his achievements as a player and what is left? Stupid press conferences, mystifying team selections, repeatedly signing players he doesn't rate enough to play and using anti-rugby tactics at the side least suited to it culturally.

I'm astounded by the comments about Fages in that interview. He's acting like he's a 17 year old kid. Wakefield are in crisis mode. If now isn't a good time to play him at 6 when is ffs? im not saying he will be the answer to all our problems but I'd quite like to see someone who can pass the ball next to Walsh.

Instead he is persisting with Turner at 6? Who else on the planet agrees with that one? I'm sick of this saints team being full of square pegs.

It's as if Cunningham knows everyone is moaning about Fages not being selected and is on a power trip. It's the only logical explanation.

I'm dreading going to the game on Friday. Friday night at home when it's probably going to be raining against an awful Wakefield team. I don't know if I can be bothered.

The weirdest thing about Cunningham is the fact that it was him signing these players. It was him that identified Travis Burns as the go-to guy for Saints. A year in and he's slating him and saying he's not capable. He then embarks on a year long campaign to sign Theo Fages from Salford, a 60+ game player who now needs regular appearances to develop, and decides he plays like a 14 year old from the Congo who first picked up a rugby ball two weeks ago.

Fages was fine against Cas. Cas are vastly superior to Wakefield, who are a pub team. Yet he decides Fages isn't ready for the might Trin? He's so out of his depth it's unreal.

So the two half-backs we actually paid money for cannot get in the team as we are playing a failed centre at 6? Garbage.

Don't forget "Theo is a project, always was going to be" according to KC.

I'd go as far as to say Saints improved last week with fages on the field against cas. Added another dimension. For him to be dropped against a poor side must be soul destroying.

I think we are littered with "tinkered projects" , Turner is an advanced project, Jack Owens is a project, Morgan Knowles is a project, Travis Burns is some sort of a new position project. It's a good job Percival is injured, he could have been the next project. KC needs to stop tinkering, no wonder some of the players are not happy bunnies at the moment.
