| Chest out, head up. He's our captain in spirit, give him the recognition and hand him Wello's armband. Played really well tonight again and is one of very, very few players in our squad that actually wants to win, that actually has the willingness to go beyond being a professional player going through the motions. They are all tough as they play in Super League, which although low in quality and intensity these days is still physically tough at times. But the majority of them shy away from commitment and don't have the burning desire to win that Louie does.
Some of the fools on here criticising him early in the season look mightily silly now, he's our best player by a country mile.

| <apocalypse time> I agree. At 16-10 down, we needed someone to step up and make the big play - the captains knock as it was once upon a time called. Up steps Louie. He has had his fair share of criticism over his time at saints, but his response to hohaias try just showed the passion he has.
Roby is our best player by a country mile, but it don't think he suits the captain role (certainly not in the way we need) - his efforts are incredible, but lms for captain.

| One of the worst forwards to grace our club. 3 or 4 decent games at the end of the season is typical Louie. Send him straight back to London, it's players like LMS, Turner etc... that have set us back 10 years imo.

a) you only need to play 4 good games and your champions in this league.
b) lms has been good for the important half of the season for the last couple of years. So has Manu. Manu gets defended for that fact, lms gets slated for it - where's the logic?
c) Turner had a good game. But I'd have rather have Percival and Jones as 3 and 4 next year.

| The thing is LMS good games are dead rubbers at the end of the year. Not Play off games, his does a paul Daniels then and dissapears. We're a club that is missing a new culture and its blokes like this muppet that have created this new stench around saints. LMS is a show pony who's salary is that of a international front rower, yet he is a million miles away from that.

Because you know how much all saints players get paid? Given the number of players we have earning loads, it's a miracle were under the cap really...

He's been very good the past month but your getting giddy mate as he's been awful for 20 odd weeks of the season.

LMS stepped it up when Amor got injured so I would say he,s been good for 3 months now, his lazy spell was when we were actually playing well in those first 7 matches.
We had a game when Walmsley and Amor was out, Richards left the field with a broken nose and Mose was rubbish. He was the only prop left and responded to it, he's never looked back since. Giving him the captaincy might be the making of him and the "big I am" might dissapear.

1649_1338292262.jpg I have followed the LONDON CLUB since I was in my teensl even though born in St Helens and still live nearby and went to the first game at Fulham, also Big West Ham Supporter:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_1649.jpg |

| The commitment from LMS is superb, you see his heart on his sleeve, I said months ago when he was being knocked consistently we would have him back any day at London, great genuine guy.

Utterly clueless. He was excellent last night and for 40 minutes against Leeds. Other than that, he's shied away from commitment and doesn't have the burning desire to win that Roby does.
So disappointing to see what he is actually capable when the spotlight is on him. Loves the attention too much. Kind of like you really.

LMS is in our top 3 for metres gained and tackles made. He is our best player for offloads and has got decent stats for tackle busts. He isn't as bad as you think and has had a very good second half of the season and kick started his performances when we were down to the bare bones.

| Form like his is symptomatic of the lack of intensity in the regular season - it happens to better players than LMS and will hopefully be a thing of the past from next year when the league becomes a bit more meaningful. Hopefully he will thrive as the intensity steps up in the next couple of weeks, there were some good signs from him on Friday night.
