So long as it wasn't with a professional camera then he's perfectly ok to take snaps. There is always an announcement about it.

On the fourth pic down, in the foreground, why is the back of that guy's chair glowing?

I believe that is Saddeneds gold chair with arm rests. The glow you see is the fairy lights which line his chair.

Both end stands were shut for safety reasons.

Stand shut, its only ever empty when we play Huddersfield.
