| Deserves a thread of his own at the moment. Been a different player this season, since he was handed more responsibililty in the middle of the field. The lines he is running, the amount of tackling he is doing and is general attacking play at the moment are excellent. He's finally realising the potential that Anderson and Potter managed to stunt somewhat. DA didn't make many mistakes when he was coaching Saints but turning Wilkin into a second rower with hardly attacking emphasis was one. He's an old school 13 and despite most teams playing without one, I believe Saints can afford it when we have such inexperienced halves and a player with Wilkin's talents.
Take a bow son.

Think you'll find I gave him his own thread.
He's been awesome this year. He's been aggressive in defence, worked hard as he always did but it's his attack thats really come on under Royce this year.
He seems more interested this year and showing more passion. I'm not sure if it's Royce that's got him playing so well or the fact the is big competition for backrows this year.
IMO the is no better backrow in super league at this current time than wilkin.

| I think he has been fabulous this season. His fitness this weekend was awesome. According to Andy Wilson's column, he made 40 tackles during the Exiles match and then he returned to a sodden Odsal to be our best player by a country mile. He's come back to life under Simmons IMO and it is great to see. Long may it continue!

| What I don't get is how he can be that good but also that good looking at the same time.

Dwarfs, Gnomes, Halflings/GNOME2.JPG The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you.

| He's becoming a player we were expecting years ago. I hope he uses these latest performances as his new benchmark and plays this way for the rest of the season (s).

There is also a suspicion of a brain present too, which is quite remarkable for an English rugby league player! Looks, brain, brawn and talent. What a man.
