| I thought all our lads did well.
Wilkin was arguably Englands best player, definatley one of them.

| It would have been a travesty had England won that game with two perfectly good tries being disallowed. I actually jumped and cheered Carmont going in.
Dreadful coaching and dreadful halfbacks meant that there was no chance we were going to control that game. Hopefully McNamara will be sacked before the World Cup.

| Sack Mcbanana and get Mclennan. England looked the same old cack. We lacked direction and a decent kicking game and we were far too one dimensional.
If were going to play Myler we need a player like Briers with him to do the organising.

| I thought it was a really good game. I thought both sets of defensive lines were very solid after the jittery opening for England. The halves did brilliantly for the Exiles and were the difference for me. Myler proved yet again that he's a fine player, but cannot play at 7 without a scheming and controlling 6 alongside him, which he didn't have. I thought our forwards stood up really well, Westwood was utterly superb and Graham did his usual.

| McNamara should be sacked for swearing on the tv post match if he can't get sacked for poor coaching.

| Interesting from Jon Wells when he said that one of the things wrong with the England game was tactics. coaching! Only the RFL could appoint a coach who has succeeded only in taking a team further down the league as the national coach. Bluey comes in with just a week to coach his guys and they look like bloody world beaters by comparison!
I really enjoyed the match. It was a good game. But I have to say that I spent more and more time in the second half watching the Exiles as they were really enjoying themselves out there. If only England looked like them, and played like them, then we would stand a great chance against the Kiwis and Aussies. Alas, we looked flat, slow and wooden in attack although we did do much better in defence than on previous showings.
We definitely missed Robes out there and we desperately need two proper, skillful halfbacks. I wished Lomax was further on in his development as Lomax would have been more of a Chase type character in our team. We needed more youth and figure, creativity and zap. We definitely lacked all kinds of zap.
And can someone mercifully retire Peacock? He is so passed his prime it is unreal.
Rigsby, he said: "but Jesus it was close" and then looked like a kid who'd been told off because he knew he'd made a boo boo.

| I really enjoyed the game and hope they continue with the fixture.
I thought Sia had a great game today. He put in some great tackles and also was pretty good with ball in hand.

| Good game, dispite the bad timing of the game.
I'm going to give Macca some credit, he campaigned to get this game and should get some credit for giving the SL a high intensity fixture that will give international players some more game time.
Also the defence was pretty solid, we lacked attacking qualities and that is Macca's problem with his selection at halfback.
But better selection may give better results.
I'm not saying we are world beaters, and I think Macca could have selected better, but I reckon he will be in charge come the 4 nations.

Apart from Shenton who unfortunately made some bad errors to mar an otherwise decent display.
Peacock is finished on that performance. I thought the same last week against us, but thought stupidly he was just rusty.
Shirley running around like the proverbial headless chicken offers nothing in attack. Wilkin played well as did Benny. Jammer was OK most of the time but worryingly looked knackered at times.
Could anyone tell me why Crabtree wasn't selected?
Sia and Meli looked really good for the other side.

Graham looked knackered because he put some effort in to bust tackles. He played to win and leaves it all out there. When Wilkin broke the line he was the closest player chasing at 1 point.
