The under 18's game against Wigan has just finished with a victory for the saints.

Final score was Saints 30 - 26 Wigan

Wigan scored an unconverted try in the 78th minute to give it a nailbiting finish.

If Saints pick Huddersfield, which is likely, it looks like Saints have won the last ever competitive derby at Knowlesy Road.

Was a good performance from the under 18s although yet again they made some silly errors putting themselves under pressure. The Saints forwards stood up tall in the middle, and were helped by the backs out wide.

I thought that, but wasn't sure if it was at Knowlesy Road.

Got to say it was a tight game, but thought the saints No.10 was the difference, organised the team round he park, very vocal and ran stong and hit hard, looks a bright prospect. Pity the game was not resheduled to cutain raiser for next weeks 20s grand final as it would have been a great day out.

The Wire V Wigan under 20's was played as a curtain raiser before Wires match against Hudds. Some good it did them as Wire lost both games.
