If we win at Warrington, I think we get a home semi, against who Wigan don't choose to play (unless Wigan lose too, which means we get the pick), if I got that right.

Anybody in the top 4 is guaranteed one home play-off match.
We're guaranteed 1 home play-off if we finish 3rd whether we lose or win at Warrington we will have a home game to follow either in Week 2 or 3.
We will be guaranteed 2 home games should we finish second, with a home game in Week 2 or Week 3 depending on whether we beat Warrington at home in Week 1.
