of course we were watching...(taking nothing away from the wire..they played some tremendious rugby at times)..but that has got to be one of the worse catalan performances ever..but getting back to the are you watching sh.t helens chant...how supporters of a team thats never beaten us for years can sing this beggars belief...yesterdays game between us and the rhino's was a different kettle of fish seeing as we were up against the champions..today's game...well that was just a DIRE one sided affair..and could i just remind the wire fans, it was sh.t helens that beat you in your own back yard a couple of weeks ago.

They have every right to shout. They could win another trophy this season while we'll be winning nothing. They are a club on the up who are going to be title contenders for the next few years. We're not.

I take it as a compliment myself. Backhanded, but valued nonetheless. They clearly thought they had achieved something by saying hello to us. I mean, they didn't say hello to Wigan or Leeds or Hunslet. It was just us. We were in the forefront of their minds even as they booked their place at Wembley. That we have so much impact even when winning nothing is amazing, dontcha think?

your right about most of it,but i found it uncalled for that kind of chanting,maybe im just to old for this nonsense.and aslong as wire fans continue like this we will always get stick,personally i hate being slagged off by oppo fans when all ive done is go along to see a game

22 January 2000, I supported Saint's at the JJB v's Melborne Storm despite being a Wigan fan. Well, that was until the "If you all hate Wigan clap your hands" chant started.

well that's different.

Take it as a compliment our crowd usually chant about Wigan at this type of game to wind them up. You are a top team we will play at your place in the play offs so you are the next big game after Wembley so we are thinking of you.

i'd have loved saints to win the semi in a funny sort of way to get some pay for the worst hoodoo ever, but i think we have a better
chance agains't leeds although only fate will know.
